Introducing the Limited Edition Nozac Israel 70, a revitalized design of a vintage Conklin classic, a piston filling fountain pen and capped rollerball collection. Exceptionable to look at and even better in hand, the Israel 70 is as unique as it is stunning. Machined to perfection and painstakingly hand-polished, the Israel 70 body features eight smooth faceted sides, and is then adorned with striking chrome accents along the clip, grip, and ends. Made from European grade acrylic resin, each writing instrument is a visual representation of the country’s flag, displaying a marbled dark sky-blue cap which is then paired with a brilliant ivory barrel. Located along the top of the cap is an intricately engraved coin, a depiction of the famous journalist and father of Israel, Theodore Herzl. New to Conklin, each cap is magnetized along the barrel and innermost lining, for a secure closure, whether at the office or traveling. Similar to winding watches, to fill the fountain pen you simply move the filling mechanism forward by twisting the knob (non-ending screw) located at the back of the pen. Draw ink into the barrel by twisting the knob in the opposite direction, creating the vacuum that draws the ink through the nib. Part of the Nozac collection, Israel 70 is a numbered limited edition of 1948 pieces and comes fitted with Conklin’s iridium tip nib, available in fine, medium or stub only. Capped rollerball accepts Parker style ballpoint refills, available in gel and Soft-Roll.
