The Luminox P-38 LIGHTNING® 9520 Sandstorm is a 42 mm Swiss Made GMT watch inspired by Lockheed Martin’s legendary P-38 LIGHTNING® fighter aircraft. Its IP black 316L stainless steel case is paired with a black and brown dial and a brown leather strap with white stitching. These earthy tones give the pilot watch a distinctive character rooted in historic aviation. A refined minute track, high-contrast Arabic numerals and the aviation-style triangle with two dots at 12 o’clock enable fast dial orientation. Luminox Light Technology provides constant visibility for up to 25 years without charging or pressing a button – ideal for night flights, travel and outdoor operations in low-light conditions. The Swiss quartz Ronda 515.24H movement powers a GMT function with an inner 24-hour scale, allowing pilots and frequent travellers to track a second time zone. An anti-reflective sapphire crystal, screw-down crown and screw-in case back provide durability and 100 metres of water resistance. The 42 mm case is particularly well suited to medium and larger wrists.
